Any Time
Use us any time to answer the phone when you cannot. Choose from a full range of services.

Small Office
Our Reception, Maintenance and other services save you money when you really don't want to spend the money to add one more staff person in the office.

  • Use us on properties under 100 units where you may be able to operate without on-site staff. Our services can provide a great customer experience and dispatch your part time staff or staff shared by a nearby facility when you need someone on-site for showings, maintenance, deliveries or meeting with residents.
  • Use us on properties under 300 units to leverage your staff and avoid adding that additional position or add just one part time employee. Either way we make sure that your phones are always professionally answered for leasing inquiries, maintenance requests and other matters.

Large Office
If you have a very large office for 500 - 1,000 units then it is likely that you know some of the staff is there just to answer the phones. Use our services to answer many of the calls with automated information, take maintenance requests out of the office and to take other calls in a manner that you can prioritize your response. This provides the same quality customer service at lower costs to you.

Dedicated Maintenance Requests
Some large properties dedicate one person to answering all maintenance requests on a dedicated phone line. This is a good idea but with two problems. When the dedicated person is unavailable because they are on another call, or at lunch, out sick or on vacation or ever the other 16 hours a day when this person is not at work, then incoming calls receive poor service or none at all. On the other hand, when this person is at work but with no calls to answer you are still paying for their time. Our Maintenance service will answer as many simultaneous incoming calls as you receive - and you don't pay salaries for idle time.

Capture more Leasing Leads
If your unanswered leasing calls go to voice mail now, then we can significantly increase the number of prospects who are willing to provide their contact information and their interests to a live representative who can elicit that information and assure them that their interest in the community is valued and will be promptly responded to. This can be particularly useful and cost effective if you do not want to have a third party conduct your "leasing" calls.
